I created this event resource page to easily list recommended services, products, and companies that I have personally used. This way you can quickly find great products and services all in one place.
Disclosure: There are some affiliate links below and I may receive commissions (at no cost to you) for purchases made through links in this post, but these are all products I highly recommend. I won't put anything on this page that I haven't verified and/or personally used.

Send Out Cards
Send cards and gifts from Send Out Cards so your clients and vendors feel appreciated. This is one of the most natural word-of-mouth ways to grow your business, increase sales and improve the relationships you have or are building (and Send Out Cards cost less than buying a card in the store!).
Need a logo, website or promotional materials designed? We love 99designs because it’s affordable and more than one designer works on your project at one time so you can choose the one you like the most!
Freshbooks offers accounting software that’s (ridiculously) easy to use; so you can quickly bill your clients and get paid on time. The best part, it’s cloud based so you can access it from anywhere, see when your clients have opened the invoice, track the time it takes to plan each event, and get a free trial!
Recommended by developers we trust, at Event Planning Blueprint we use SiteGround to host our site because it’s faster (and if developers are using it then who are we to argue?!). It’s comparable in price to Hostgator, too.
Connect with your clients. We’ve used several email newsletter services and Aweber is easy to use, offers support and has all the features you need to personalize your emails or newsletters. They give you free email templates, through our link, to make getting started easier.
The Event Toolkit is a simple system to help you plan any event like a pro and includes a budget template, master to-do list, pricing strategies, 39 places to advertise your events (or event services!), and more.
