As an event planner, you strive to provide quality results and unwavering service to your clients, but nobody can achieve this 100% of the time, and often it’s our mistakes that teach us the most. However, when it comes to your clients and their events, you don’t have a lot of room for error and one mistake can change the entire flow and feel of your event.

To stay organized, if you aren’t using event planning software, use a 3-ring binder to manage your event details. The binder can house your checklist, notes, quotes, receipts and details.
